About the Role

As an AI Solutions Expert/Specialist, you will own the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that automate and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle across a global CPG organization. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering and content operations — connecting proofs of concept, MVPs, and enterprise-grade platforms to streamline how content is generated, organized, and delivered across every consumer and professional touchpoint. This includes finance, commercial, advertising, social media, e-commerce, email marketing, HCP communications, packaging, point-of-sale materials, in-store activations, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead AI-driven solutions that automate content creation, adaptation, review, approval, and distribution across all content channels and markets
• Build and maintain production-grade applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and related platform services
• Integrate large language models, image generation models, video models, and multi-modal AI systems into scalable content workflows
• Design and implement data pipelines that connect AI models to enterprise content repositories, PIM systems, DAM platforms, and downstream delivery channels
• Drive initiatives through the full lifecycle — from POC through MVP to enterprise-scale deployment — establishing engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and governance at each stage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, e-commerce, regulatory/legal, medical affairs, creative agencies, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and Azure services to continuously advance the content ecosystem
• Define governance standards for AI model usage, data quality, content compliance, brand safety, and responsible AI practices
• Mentor developers and engineers on AI/ML engineering patterns, cloud-native development, and Azure best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software/application development, with a significant portion focused on AI/ML solution engineering
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive/AI Services
• Strong application development background — ability to build, ship, and maintain production-grade software, not just prototypes or notebooks
• Proven experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic architectures
• Experience with generative AI for image, video, and/or multi-modal content creation
• Solid experience designing and operating data pipelines in Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Grid, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional enterprise language (C#, TypeScript, Java)
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), and cloud-native patterns
• Experience deploying AI solutions through the full maturity curve: POC → MVP → enterprise production
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and MLOps tooling — Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, MLflow, model versioning, drift monitoring, automated retraining, and A/B testing in production
• Working knowledge of database technologies including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and data lake architectures (Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Azure Synapse)
• Experience building with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen
• Familiarity with front-end and full-stack patterns (React or Angular, FastAPI/Flask backends, serverless architectures) to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Familiarity with consumer advertising and media production workflows (TV, digital, social, programmatic)
• Exposure to social media content operations, scheduling platforms, and performance analytics
• Understanding of e-commerce product content (product descriptions, A+ content, marketplace listings)
• Awareness of email marketing and CRM-driven personalization tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar)
• Experience with HCP and medical affairs communications in regulated environments
• Knowledge of packaging artwork, labeling workflows, and regulatory/legal review cycles
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and in-store activation material production
• Experience with PIM and DAM platforms (Salsify, Akeneo, Adobe AEM, Bynder, or similar)
• Understanding of regulatory submission, claims substantiation, and content compliance frameworks (FDA, EU MDR, local market regulations)
• Exposure to localization and transcreation processes across global markets
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Veeva, Salesforce, or Others
